1. About the Institute

Great Lancet Classes provides academic coaching and exam preparation services for:

  • Foundation Classes (8–10) – JKBOSE & CBSE
  • Premedical (Class 11–12)
  • NEET (UG)
  • JEE (Main & Advanced)
  • Olympiad Preparation (SOF, SilverZone & others)

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Admission is subject to verification and approval by the institute.
  • The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning a reason.

3. Course Allocation & Exams

  • Course, batch, class, and exam access are assigned solely by the institute’s administration.
  • Students can attempt only those exams that are assigned to them through the student portal.
  • Any misuse or attempt to access unauthorized exams may lead to account suspension.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid through approved payment modes only.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Late or partial payments may result in restricted access to classes or exams.

5. Online Exams & Results

  • Online exams are conducted through the institute’s secure exam portal.
  • Results published online are final and binding.
  • The institute is not responsible for issues caused by:
    • Poor internet connectivity
    • Device malfunction
    • Power failure at the student’s end

6. Study Material & Intellectual Property

  • All content including study material, videos, test papers, and website content is the intellectual property of Great Lancet Classes.
  • Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline and integrity
  • Avoid unfair practices during exams
  • Refrain from abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior

Violation may lead to:

  • Exam cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Termination of admission

8. Limitation of Liability

Great Lancet Classes shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues beyond control
  • Data loss due to external factors
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Modification of Terms

The institute reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts located in Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
